Tips for use

• Place the gel packs in the freezer bag.
• Place the freezer bag in the freezer for 2 hours.
• The frozen gel bags should not be in contact with the skin, place the protective mesh on the foot firt.
• Place the ankle brace on the foot with the help of the 2 Velcro straps
• Screw the pump onto the splint, turn the button to ON mode, and exert 5 to 10 pressures. Stop when the pressure is sufficient and comfortable.
• Turn the tap to OFF mode and unplug the pump.
• We recommend sessions of 20 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day.
• To end the session, turn ON mode to deflate the splint.
